Deposit: $1,200.00

Term of Lease: The minimum term of the lease is 12 months.

Application Fee: A $45.00 Application Fee must accompany each application.

To reserve your new home: A $250.00 deposit and signed Reservation Agreement are required to reserve a Duplex. The deposit applies to the total deposit required.

Pet Policy: We do not accept puppies or kittens. One mature pet, not exceeding 20 pounds, will be permitted with an additional non-refundable fee of $350.00.

Applicants must be 20 years of age, must be able to demonstrate their ability to pay rent on time and must meet the requirements of occupancy. Generally, applicants are approved or denied based on four (4) areas. These include income, employment stability, rental references and credit history.

The Federal Fair Housing Act provides that no one can be denied the opportunity to rent a dwelling on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin. Deer Park, L.L.C., maintains a policy of strict compliance with the Fair Housing Act.
