Safe Residence Program

As local owners, we take great pride in this community and in providing our residents with the best rental experience possible. One of the ways we help to ensure that you enjoy a high quality of life at Deer Park is by participating in the Safe Residence Program.

In 2010 the Gladstone Department of Public Safety developed this program to create a partnership with our residents and neighbors to protect and improve our community. The high standards required by the Safe Residence Program set Deer Park apart from the majority of the other rental areas in the Northland.

At Deer Park, we conduct an extensive background check on each applicant. After successful completion of the application process, applicants must sign a Gladstone Safe Residence Lease Addendum. By signing this document, residents agree that they, their family, and any houseguest they may have will not participate in illegal activity on or near their property.

Should the police respond to a Deer Park residence, they will notify us of the incident. Once we have a complete understanding of the facts, we will take whatever action we feel is appropriate and consistent with the circumstances surrounding the police response. We have never had a serious problem at Deer Park and we are working hard to keep it that way.

Your safety is very important to us. You can rest assured that, together with the Gladstone Department of Public Safety, we will do everything possible to make Deer Park the safest, most desirable place for you to live.
